紆余曲折を経ながらも復活してくれたのが素直に嬉しい！
過去作と比べると若干毛色が変わったように感じます。
ガールズロック路線から一皮向けて、
洗練された大人ロックな一面も聴けるような。
それは憂いを増したと思えるボーカルによるものもあるのかも。
エレ風味や電子音を取り入れた歌も聴かれて新味も感じますが、
個人的にはメロディーが今一歩な曲が多いように感じました。
既存ファンも納得し新規ファンの獲得にも繋がりそう。
その辺の巧みなバランスを突いて来てるとは思います。

フォーリング・アップヒル(初回生産限定)

Yahooのアメリカ版では彼女たちのＰＶが３月くらいから流れていました。アルバム発売がアメリカでは５月１３日の予定だったのが、実際に発売されたのは２７日でしたね。とにかく、ＰＶを始めて見た感想は、彼女たちはアメリカでは人気が出ないだろうが、日本では流行るだろう、ということです。そしたらその通りになりました（笑）。こちら（USA）では殆ど知られていませんし、音楽雑誌にも登場しません。
アルバム自体は悪くないですね。それなりに楽しめますよ。「It's about time」や「Fork in the road」がお薦め。彼女たちがfallingしないことを祈って、、

インサイド・ザ・ホロウ(初回限定盤)

久々it's about timeをきいたあと、ステイをきいてみました。
すごくしみわたって孤独なかんじな歌ですけど、「みんな孤独なのよ」「私はずっとひとりぼっちだった」
涙がでそうな・・かんじです。素晴らしい歌です。あえて良かったです！！！！
実際、だいぶ前にお会いしたことありました。今思うとあえて良かったです。
即注文しちゃった。今はステイを何度も繰り返し聞いてます。優しい聞き心地。

他の歌はじっくりまた聴いてみます。
