港区では路上生活者の自立支援のため、食事や宿泊場所を提供する施設がオープンすることになり、きょう内部が公開されました。 この「港寮」は路上生活者の一時的な緊急保護と仕事探しなどの自立支援を一体として行う施設で、対象は単身の男性、利用期間は6ヵ月以内です。利用者は路上生活から保護された後、ここで共同生活を送りながら心理カウンセリングや職業相談などを通じて路上生活からの脱却を目指します。利用者の居住スペースは6人部屋で半個室になっていて、折りたたみ式の机、鍵のかかる収納などがあります。利用者には歯ブラシや下着類などの日用品に加え、毎日たばこやジュースなどの嗜好品を支給するということです。その■■↓全文を見る■■ www.mxtv.co.jp
